Training is held for employees to improve skill and enhance performance by focusing on professional development or product knowledge transfer. Employers utilize training to acclimate new employees, teach current employees new skills for the same job, and to advance employees into jobs requiring different skill sets. Class-room was the most popular venue set up. The presenter can be either a senior director in the company or external/in-house professional trainer. Participant is new recruits staff or mid-career staffs.
